APIP is an Indigenous-owned labour hire and recruitment company based in Townsville. We recruit for Charters Towers employers across civil and commercial construction, mining, transport, agriculture, administration and retail, and we support the people we place after they start.

One point of contact, and people who are ready for the work in front of them.
We also work with employers building an Indigenous employment footprint, including education for your team on working effectively with staff from Indigenous backgrounds. Getting that right is usually the difference between a placement that holds and one that does not.
