At Australian Pacific Indigenous Personnel (APIP), we are dedicated to providing comprehensive employment services for Indigenous communities across Australia. Our mission is to empower Indigenous job seekers by connecting them with meaningful employment opportunities and supporting their professional growth.

We are an Indigenous-owned labour hire and recruitment company based in Townsville, working across Queensland and New South Wales. We place Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people into roles in civil and commercial construction, mining, transport, manufacturing, agriculture, administration and retail.

Every region below has its own employers, its own industries and its own communities, so we treat each one on its own terms. What does not change is the support that comes with a placement. We stay involved after someone starts work, through onsite peer support, pastoral care, home visits and transport assistance, because that is what turns a job into sustainable employment.
